I got so many compliments on this dress. It is a fairly thick stretchy fabric that is very comfortable, flowy and hangs well. You can't see through the fabric. This is a very long dress, I needed a low heel to keep it from dragging on the floor (I am 5' 1" and ordered the medium). The metal zipper in front glides smoothly. The rings at the shoulders are metal too...no plastic on this dress at all. The inside of the fabric that touches you is soft and smooth. The pockets were deep enough to safely carry my phone or wallet and they hang comfortably at my hips. I wore it in Texas on vacation in 100 degree weather and I stayed fairly cool. I will be looking to see what other colors are available. Glad I bought this dress, I would give it as a gift.
